The JAF Polska Sp. z o.o. assortment includes a wide range of terraces and elevations - both from exotic, European and termed wood. The materials are sourced exclusively from sustainably managed forestry areas, and most carry the FSC® eco-certificate. The range of products could not miss Gardin composite boards with realistic wood grain. We will also match them with a dedicated invisible installation system.
C24, KVH®, BSH - JAF structural and construction wood.
The company offers an extensive selection of structural and construction wood (solid C24, glued KVH®, KVH® Duo/Trio and top BSH) and innovative services that will significantly facilitate and accelerate any project.
Wood is a construction material that can put many synthetic solutions to shame with its parameters. Wood construction is ideal for building frame houses and erecting roof trusses. KVH glulam (and its Duo/Trio variants) leads the way here. The highest variant is advanced glulam BSH.
C24
is a traditional structural timber made of spruce. According to current building regulations and standards, C24 certified material is required for roof structures, ceilings, walls and frame houses.
KVH®
is a modern softwood product. Four-sided planed structural timber that has been selected for quality and professionally dried to 15% moisture content. Length up to 13 m.
KVH® Duo/Trio
is a structural timber made of two or three dried solid layers that have been vertically glued together with clear melamine resin. Even better in every respect.
BSH
offers even greater dimensional and therefore load-bearing capabilities. Used in structures with impressive spans and loads such as swimming pools or sports halls. A top-of-the-line product.

Cutting structural timber - JAF service
Regardless of the material chosen - building the frame of a house and the construction of the roof trusses is always a complex and demanding undertaking. Therefore, for the convenience of designers and contractors, JAF Poland has developed a comprehensive service for cutting structural timber.
Under the name "cutting services" there is much more. Based on the materials sent, the company is able to make a precise quote and visualization. All you need is a design, a technical drawing or a table of elements. The visualization then serves as a basis for the development of machine files, which detail the number and type of materials needed. Production starts once the cost estimate is accepted and a verification measurement is taken at the construction site, which is already handled personally by a JAF Poland representative.
That's not all. Finished elements arrive at the construction site numbered. Now all you have to do is assemble them according to specially prepared instructions. This is a huge saving of time and money, individually tailored to the conditions and specifics of each project.

NRO impregnation and machine painting service from JAF
Fire protection is not only a top-down requirement when building a house or public facility, but also the voice of common sense. If you want a wooden structure, an openwork facade or a parking shed to be resistant to fire - you should keep this in mind at the stage of ordering materials. For this purpose, we can use a convenient service of machine painting combined with fireproofing, which has just been introduced by JAF Poland.
This is also a useful way to show the customer what color the final color of the selected facade, for example, will be. Unlike paint samplers, here we have the actual reproduction on specific wood species. Machine painting is repeatable, uniform and even.

Wood flame retardancy
In the process of fire-retarding wood, we can achieve protection in the class B-s2d0 to B-s1d0, that is, very limited participation in a possible fire. It all depends on individual demand and the amount of agent used (usually B-s2d0 is sufficient).

- painting with varnish
- fire-retardant impregnation (NRO)
- 2 in 1 (fire retardant impregnation + machine painting with varnish).

Outdoor applications - impregnation and varnishing
For exterior applications - impregnation should be combined with machine varnishing. This is because painting seals the wood. This effectively protects the boards from leaching of the impregnant. Painting with color protects the wood from the adverse effects of UV rays, which cause gradual graying. On the other hand, if we like naturally patinated wood, we can choose a colorless version. All varnishes from the JAF Polska palette are ecological and safe to use. They meet the same standards as wooden toys.

Thanks to painting, we can easily match individual elements of the design and surroundings of the house, such as the terrace, facade, shed and pergola.
