I have moved at least ten times in my life. This taught me, above all, not to accumulate too many things, and that if I already need something, it is best that it performs several functions at the same time or can be easily folded and packed away. Nowadays, more and more people are living this way - often relocating or trying to minimize the amount of stuff they own. Designers go against their expectations, offering functional, yet beautiful and quality solutions.
functional furniture for modern nomads
Lukasz Paszkowski - a designer of furniture and interior design elements - is the author of the MOBILO bookcase, which can be assembled or disassembled in less than a minute, without needing screws, nails or any tools. The mobile bookcase is inspired by the lifestyle of modern nomads who, despite their frequent moves, would like to feel at home in the next place, to have with them something they like and to which they are attached.

The wood and plywood bookcase has a rather simple design - horizontal, narrow planks rest on angled supports, which can also serve as, for example, a clothes rack. Reducing the number of elements needed and their repetition allowed to optimize the process and reduce the cost of producing the furniture. What's more, the user has the opportunity to personalize the bookcase - he can choose the color and compose a set of elements according to his own needs.
classic design, natural materials
Today people are saturated with technology, so the bookcase looks natural and classic. The design is characterized by a simple, uncomplicated and friendly form. The intuitive and cleverly assembled system makes the product a good solution for everyone. The product is durable, unlike temporary mass-produced furniture, which we buy for a while and throw away because they wear out quickly," writes the designer.
