The complicated, challenging shape of the plot, rather than limiting Marcin Tomaszewski of REFORM Architects, inspired him to create the distinctive RE: VMAX HOUSE. The architect took advantage of the sloping terrain by incorporating a modern sculpture-like building into it.

Seemingly small, the single-story single-family house is a simple block from the front, while viewed from other sides it reveals its sculptural character. The name RE: VMAX HOUSE captures the appearance of the project well - when seen from the side, the building resembles a modern V-shaped sculpture, and the soaring forms give it dynamics. Marcin Tomaszewski designed it on a square plan and integrated it into the sloping terrain of the 1,500-square-meter plot.

In this project, the plot for the construction of the house was very challenging and complicated. It was sloping, with a steep eight-meter slope, which made me decide not only to reverse the function inside the building, but also to seamlessly incorporate, even to hammer the block into the terrain," explains the architect.
modern sculpture
Marcin Tomaszewski 's projects are characterized by a combination of modern functions, unconventional solutions and intriguing solid design, and the 300-square-meter RE: VMAX HOUSE was no different. The investor dreamed up a house that would be at least as impressive as.... driving a luxury car! The wow effect is gradual, and quite a surprise is the sculptural form that appears when the building is circled.
The architect reversed the functions by placing the living area on the first floor and the bedrooms on the first floor

The functional layout of the building itself, which is not obvious, is also interesting . Usually the living area is on the first floor, but in this case the architect played with the form and proposed the living room and the rest of the functions on the first floor, while the bedroom is on the patera with direct access to the lower terrace overlooking the plot and the surrounding nature. The impression of contact with nature is enhanced by tall six-meter high windows placed in the living area.
The facade will be entirely finished with quartz sintering.

RE: VMAX HOUSE will be entirely finished with one material - quartz sinter in white and black. The contrasting colors of the facade will enhance the futuristic character of the building. The planned completion date of the project is 2021.
