On October 1, 2012, a merger of Buderus Technika Grzewcza Sp. z o.o., based in Tarnow Podgórny, and Robert Bosch Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, took place. As a result of the merger, all existing rights and obligations of Buderus Technika Grzewcza were taken over by Robert Bosch.

Buderus has been part of the Bosch Group globally and locally since 2003. The acquisition of Buderus by the Bosch concern enabled the expansion of the product portfolio and distribution channels of Bosch Termotechnika, and consequently the strengthening of the company's position on global markets. The formal incorporation of Buderus into Bosch's structures in Poland through merger by acquisition is therefore a natural consequence of the progressive consolidation. It will enable the implementation of the Group's strategy, i.e. strengthening Bosch Termotechnika's position on the Polish market and further dynamic development and full use of the market's potential in times of increasing competition.

After the merger of the two companies, the Buderus brand and distribution system will function as before. Bosch has taken over the rights and obligations arising from all contracts Buderus has concluded with external companies. Continuity of service has also been preserved. We remain a stable and trustworthy partner for you.
