FILIGRAN CEILINGS
Filigran ceilings, filigrans, are reinforced concrete slabs 5-6 cm thick, these slabs are the lower part of the ceiling, the so-called formwork. They are made of concrete of not less than C20/25 class, reinforced with steel space trusses and reinforcing bars. The trusses are laid parallel to the longer side of the slab. Additional reinforcement (so-called overhead reinforcement) and a layer of over-concrete are laid on site, the bonding of which with the prefabricated slab is provided by the spatial trusses and the rough surface of the slabs. Lubar Prefabrication produces slabs up to 2.40 meters wide, up to 12 meters long, and also provides assembly.
PREFABRICATED BALCONY PANELS
Prefabrication technology ensures fast implementation and the elimination of complicated formwork and reinforcement work at heights.
