Aluprof 's wide range of aluminum solutions is enriched with a new product family. Respected in Europe and around the world for its innovative products, the manufacturer introduces MB-Harmony Office - systems for the construction of interior glass walls in office spaces. High acoustic insulation parameters, lightness and durability of the construction, as well as convenient installation are the product's hallmarks.
The MB-Harmony Office system is an easy-to-prefabricate and quick-to-install solution for building interior glass walls, single and double-glazed. Both products are visually uniform, so they can be installed in the same space of the building, guaranteeing - in addition to excellent performance - a consistent aesthetic finish, thus affecting the sense of order and harmony of the designed interiors.

Modern design of light construction and great parameters
The basic variant of the new system is MB-Harmony, used for the construction of internal single-glazed glass walls in office spaces. It works well even in interiors with higher acoustic requirements (Rw max 39 dB / RA1 max 38 dB). Complementing this solution is MB-Harmony DUO, distinguished by the use of an additional glazing layer. The double-glazed interior wall offers even better sound insulation (Rw max 48 dB / RA1 max 46 dB), so MB-Harmony DUO guarantees excellent soundproofing and comfort in places with high sound requirements, especially where it is necessary to ensure the safety of conducted conversations. The design of the systems makes it possible to combine with laminated glass, laminated acoustic glass and tempered glass from 10 to 12 mm thick.

Easy to install, durable in use
The idea behind MB-Harmony Office was to develop solutions that are easy to prefabricate and quick to install. The entire system is based on only a few base elements, and the number of all connectors and accessories has been reduced to a minimum. The symmetrical geometry of the profiles makes it easy to draw assembly lines, and the measurement of the installation space is based on only a few points. Also noteworthy is the fact that the material can be prepared directly at the construction site, and most of the work can be carried out with a portable saw and drill driver without the need for complex machining.

The system is characterized by high stability and durability at the same time as exceptional structural lightness of the profiles, which are mounted directly to the substrate. Their height is only 31 mm. MB-Harmony Office is also characterized by an intuitive glazing seating system with new modular glazing packers, a universal frame that fits all types of doors, dedicated hardware from leading European manufacturers, and a proprietary counter plate that allows precise positioning of hinges. A novelty for the Aluprof system is the use of glazing gaskets, inserted into the profile before its installation, and not, as before, after the glass is embedded. The characteristic construction of the profiles avoids the need for finishing acrylic joints after the wall is completed. The glazing height of both products is 3200-3600 mm, depending on the type of glass. Possible variants of profile finishing are anodized, RAL colors and ADEC wood and concrete colors.

Aluprof has obtained the European Technical Assessment for MB-Harmony Office. Previously, both the excellent acoustic parameters, as well as the stability and reliability of the MB-Harmony Office construction, were confirmed by reliable tests carried out in the research laboratory of the Ship Technology Center in Gdańsk and the Building Research Institute in Warsaw.
