Due to the high rigidity of aluminum sections, and at the same time relatively low weight, windows and doors made of aluminum are characterized by high durability and strength. These advantages are successfully used to design large-scale structures.

An additional advantage of aluminum sections is the possibility of making constructions with narrow frames, so they do not restrict the view to the outside like constructions using other materials.

MB-86N and MB-79N system windows and doors

The MB-86N window and door system is a product that is available, depending on the design guidelines, in various ST and SI thermal variants, as well as the SI+ variant for doors.

The key advantages of the MB-86N system are tightness (E4800 Pa class), innovative spacers and insulating inserts that guarantee high thermal insulation -_Uw as low as 0.62 W/(^m2K), as well as the possibility of using Winkhaus aluPilot hardware, thanks to which installation time is significantly reduced.

The MB-79N system is the bestselling product in ALUPROF's range of window and door systems. It is the successor to the very popular and widely used MB-70 system in the construction industry, introduced to meet increased thermal insulation requirements from 2021. Both MB-79N and MB-86N products are used to make a wide range of constructions, which include various types of windows and doors, as well as showcase solutions with doors.

MB-86N Pivot Door

Aluprof has introduced a new type of external door MB-86N Pivot Door with an offset pivot. This type of construction is popular among architects and is often used in projects where large dimensions and original design are important. Pivot doors are recommended wherever you want to accentuate the entrance. The offer includes doors in a glazed version and on the basis of panel structures. The offset pivot axis gives them a unique look, and hidden hinges are characterized by a very high load capacity - up to 500 kg. They feature good thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as water and air tightness, thus realizing the requirements for energy saving and environmental protection.

MB-MT50N mullion and transom façade.

One of Aluprof's latest solutions for mullion and transom systems is the MB-MT50N facade. It has been designed based on the guidelines of Cradle to Cradle certification, meeting the requirements of sustainable development and the idea of a closed-loop economy. The system, with a construction width of 50 mm, has the advantages of Aluprof's existing mullion and transom systems with even greater design possibilities and better technical performance. The new facade is optimized both in terms of shapes and strength parameters of profiles and in terms of accessories, and the solutions used in it facilitate prefabrication and speed up the installation of the structure on site. The facade is available in two thermal versions equipped with innovative insulators: the standard version has an ABS/TPE insulator, and the SI version has a PET/PE insulator, which allows the facade to achieve very low thermal transmittance. The minimum Uf value of 0.55 W/(m2K) shows that the MB-MT50N system meets the requirements of the certificate of the Institute of Passive Houses phi Darmstadt.

Lift-and-slide door MB-82HS

Thanks to its advanced technical solutions, MB-82HS makes it possible to create constructions in which the dimensions of the leaf can be as large as 3.24 x 3.3 m and reach an impressive weight of 600 kg. Thus, the product perfectly fits into the current trends. It can use different mullion variants (SI+ mullion with enhanced thermal performance or narrow mullion providing an unrestricted view), a wide range of hardware, and can be supplemented with automation enabling remote control. Also worth appreciating are conveniences that increase the aesthetics and functionality of the door - a zero threshold, the aforementioned narrow post or the lack of masking strips on the side frames. It is worth noting that MB-82HS Aluprof doors are also distinguished by very high technical parameters: their heat transfer coefficient Uw is from 0.6 W/(m2K), watertightness 750 Pa, and resistance to wind load 1200 Pa. In addition, the mullion design of the SI+ variant nullifies the possibility of surface condensation even at very low outside temperatures.

MB-SKYLINE TYPE R panoramic doors with hidden frame

MB-Skyline Type R sliding doors with hidden frame, despite their sizeable dimensions (the maximum height of the structure can be as much as 4 meters, and the moving wing of the structure weighs as much as 1200 kg), delight with their unique appearance and functionality. This product has a completely concealed door leaf profiles, a narrow post and a shallow frame. No great force is needed to move the huge elements, and the mechanism works almost silently. With the use of this product, the structure gains a modern and lightweight appearance, while providing a panoramic view for the householders.

MB-HARMONY OFFICE interior walls

MB-HARMONY OFFICE is a family of products for the construction of interior glass walls, the main idea of which is to create a system that is easy to prefabricate and quick to install, providing modern, lightweight design and comfort.

Within the system, we can distinguish MB-HARMONY, which is a single-glazed system with a geometrically lightweight, easy-to-install design. It provides for combining with tempered glass, laminated glass and acoustic glass from 10-12 mm, and MB-HARMONY DUO, a system for the construction of internal double-glazed walls, whose main purpose is any office space with very high acoustic requirements.

Double glazing ensures the achievement of the insulation necessary to maintain both good working comfort and the security of confidentiality of conversations held in the rooms.

The MB-Harmony profile doors introduced in the offer allow the use of surface and concealed hardware. Single glazing in a range of thicknesses and insulated glass can be used as their filling.
