Nearly up to 24% more usable area (with minimum building thickness), thermal and acoustic comfort, fire safety and high resistance to damage, as well as quick and easy installation are the key benefits of using ISOVER EasyTherm composite panels. They are ideal for insulating and finishing new houses and multi-apartment buildings, offices, hotels and other public buildings, as well as for thermal renovation of old buildings and houses.

The widespread use of ISOVER mineral wool in construction is due to the fact that it is an excellent insulation material. It stops the transfer of heat from heated to unheated spaces, insulates against sound transmission through various types of partitions, and provides excellent fire protection. RIGIPS gypsum boards, on the other hand, are modern substitutes for plaster. They are used to finish walls, are used to build up attics, and are used to create frame wall enclosures. ISOVER EasyTherm composite panels are a combination of both of these reliable materials, making it possible to simultaneously insulate and finish interior walls in a single work cycle in buildings of various purposes. This takes considerably less work and does not significantly reduce the volume of the rooms.

ideal insulation for large investments
ISOVER EasyTherm are composite panels for use as thermal and acoustic insulation for the interior walls of a building on the side of a room with a lower temperature. Dedicated to stairwells and corridors, they were designed for new multi-family housing, public buildings and renovations of existing buildings where the internal partitions must meet high standard requirements. In the case of multi-apartment buildings, offices, hotels or hospitals, among others, the fire-retardant properties of wall coverings are of serious importance. EasyTherm panels have a high fire reaction class: B-s1,d0, which is due to both mineral wool, which is a non-flammable material, and gypsum, which also forms a very effective fire barrier.

In addition, ISOVER EasyTherm composite panels are a convenience for architects already at the design stage. They are perfect for problem areas, such as narrow stairwells, where every centimeter of usable space counts. Compared to traditional solutions - such as reinforced concrete walls - the thickness of the development can be reduced by up to 24%, saving as much as 6 cm on the thickness of the wall, thus gaining extra centimeters of space!

The composite EasyTherm board consists of appropriately compacted ISOVER glass wool with excellent thermal performance (at a low insulation thickness) and durable RIGIPS Duraline gypsum board type DFIREH1 characterized by increased resistance to moisture and mechanical damage, which in the mentioned places of application is its great advantage. The resulting development is much more resistant to dents, scratches and other such damage, and additionally insulates against sound penetration from corridors into living spaces.

more warmth and silence also in homes
ISOVER EasyTherm boards are suitable not only for public buildings, but also for finishing interiors in unheated rooms bordered by a wall with heated ones in single-family houses and terraced houses. Thanks to their use, heat does not migrate to where it is colder, thus lowering the temperature in the living space, the reheating of which in such situations increases the cost of using the house and energy expenses for the investor. ISOVER EasyTherm boards correspond in size to typical plasterboards. They are 260 cm high and 120 cm wide. Their total thickness is 32.5 mm, of which the plasterboard is 12.5 mm and the wool is 20 mm. Insulating a wall with ISOVER EasyTherm composite panels is easy and fast. It is enough to glue the boards to the wall with glue, and after the glue sets, carry out grouting, after which the cladding is ready for painting and use. The panels additionally provide an effective barrier to sound penetration, so that unpleasant noises do not disturb the quiet of the tenants, and their strength allows the use of wall surfaces as additional storage space. For these reasons, they are ideal for insulating walls in garages adjacent to the building, technical rooms such as boiler rooms and laundry rooms, or in the renovation of old houses that have cold atria. This solution is also sure to be appreciated by housing communities and managers of multi-family buildings.

The enrichment of ISOVER's portfolio of insulation solutions with a new category of products for interior applications - ISOVER EasyTherm composite panels - is our response to the high demand on the market, not only in new construction, but also where all kinds of renovations and modernization of buildings are carried out. ISOVER EasyTherm boards will do a great job in areas where there is a need to insulate the interior walls of a building on the side of a room with a lower temperature, and every centimeter of space is at a premium. The new panels have been designed to provide a technically compliant heat transfer coefficient for the walls while keeping them as thin as possible, thereby increasing the usable area of the building. We also wanted to reduce the contractor's work time while maintaining the highest quality and strengths of ISOVER wool and RIGIPS plasterboard, which we achieved. The use of ISOVER wool as an insulating layer that transfers the stresses of the building structure allows us to reduce the risk of cracks on the wall at the joints of the boards. The execution work is facilitated and accelerated by the use of PRO edges, says Robert Kupczewski, Product Manager.
