EQUITONE is a unique architectural material made of fiber-cement with wide application possibilities. Facades covered with it are distinguished by their aesthetic appearance and extraordinary strength and durability. The fiber-cement from which EQUITONE panels are made is a mineral composite material that meets all construction and design requirements.It takes the form of thin slabs (up to 3×1.25 m) with unparalleled physical properties. It is non-flammable (EURO class A2) and has a service life of more than 50 years when exposed to adverse weather conditions. Etex, the owner of the EQUITONE brand, has been developing fiber-cement for more than 100 years, placing particular emphasis on the high quality of the materials supplied and having the least possible impact on the environment. It is worth noting at this point that EQUITONE is a recyclable material.

EQUITONE is produced in state-of-the-art plants in Germany and Belgium, and the panels are available in large formats that can be freely formatted and adapted to the project at hand, by, for example, printing, perforating or embossing. EQUITONE material is easy to work with, and with the help of tools available in the workshop or on site, its shape can be adjusted, which significantly increases the possibilities of giving each building a unique character.
The EQUITONE range includes five unique lines:
- EQUITONE [linea] is the first 3D-textured facade material designed in cooperation with an international team of architects. The three-dimensional, linear texture of the panel emphasizes the rawness of fiber-cement and the changing angle of light during the day delights with a dynamic play of light and shadow on the building facade.
- EQUITONE [tectiva] is distinguished by its distinctive fiber-cement structure and rough, unpolished surface. The manufacturing process gives each panel a unique color, texture and surface.
- EQUITONE [natura] has a clearly visible yet subtle fiber-cement structure. The board has a matte, silky-smooth surface. It is optionally available with EQUITONE "PRO" anti-graffiti protection.
- EQUITONE [pictura] is available in a wide range of modern color coatings. The smooth and extremely matte finish provides a high-end architectural look. It has an EQUTIONE "PRO" coating to gain permanent anti-graffiti protection.
- EQUITONE [textura] combines a rich palette of distinctive colors with a grained surface with high scratch resistance. The board is characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage, adverse weather conditions and air pollution.

In addition to facades, the panels can also be used in the interiors of buildings, on roofs and balconies.
