Its large sliding and extending tolerance of up to 38 mm makes it ideal for roofs undergoing renovation without having to replace the existing rafter framing. The MILANO clay tile, a newcomer from Röben, on the other hand, was created for buildings undergoing renovation, such as historic buildings or religious buildings. It has an S-shape with a deepened curve, a high sliding and extending tolerance of as much as 41 mm, as well as a larger format (46.6 cm x 30.6 cm) and lighter weight (about 3.9 kg). In addition, it has been equipped with deeper and higher locks that further protect the slope from rainwater. It is available in natural red and anthracite anodized. Due to its characteristics, it fits in perfectly with classic buildings, but it can also be a perfect complement to contemporary designs, such as, for example, a modern barn.
