justification of the jury
The award was given for:
- good reference to the urban layout of buildings in the vicinity of 1 Sierpnia Street,
- interesting architecture of the buildings referring to solutions used in Europe,
- satisfactory amount of total usable area of apartments obtained,
- reference to the history and tradition of the place through the proposed preservation of selected existing buildings of the former Capital Warsowin Works with their adaptation to services.
