The work was distinguished for particular artistic sensitivity, skillfully framing in the architectural form the feelings accompanying the tragedy of the place and the people associated with it.
Maturely creating a multidimensional object, on the one hand strongly affecting the audience, and on the other hand, through its function, giving a chance for new life to the destroyed space. Actually capturing in a balanced, modest form of expression and architectural detail, a finite story about the past time and at the same time a new reborn present. Creating through the architectural metaphor of a scarred wound the experience of a journey through time. Responsibly and without unnecessary literalism giving the viewer a strong emotional baggage of a place affected by the war, and at the same time, through a well-chosen scale and the mutual relationship and proportions of the various elements of the premise, preserving a very universal and clear to the visitor architectural language of growing emotions, testifying to a great sense of the author.
