Boleslaw Stelmach graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology. Since 1992 he has been the owner of Stelmach and Partners Architectural Office, and since 2017 - the director of the National Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning. He is the author of the Chopin Center in Warsaw and the Meeting of Cultures Center in Lublin, among others.
