There is probably no field of human activity more fascinating than "making the world," and within it more ubiquitous than architecture. It is this activity that we seek to cultivate together with our clients for, we believe, mutual satisfaction and the good of the users.

The philosophy of our activity is to synthesize the needs of the client and users, and the spirit of the place, understood not only as a physical context but also, in a broad sense, a cultural one.

We attach great importance to an individual approach to each project, emphasizing the combination of high architectural and technical quality of the building, the reliability of the prepared project documentation, and the completion of the implementation within the agreed time and budget.

An important role is played in our studio by study and conceptual work, helping our clients prepare and optimize the idea of future investment. We strive to make the fruits of our labor an element that builds the image of our clients.

Our independent activity began in 1995 with the establishment of B2 Studio by architects Jozef Bialasik and Witold Bolek.

The achievements of the office include several hundred completed buildings with a variety of functions, from housing, through office, hotel, industrial buildings to commercial and public buildings.

The project team consists of more than 80 architects grouped in specialized departments responsible for various stages of the investment process. In addition, the office has a permanent group of cooperating companies and industry designers, appraisers, as well as technical advisors.

The office is fully computerized and has professional technical facilities necessary for the preparation of documentation and graphic materials. In our work we use advanced design support software such as CAD including Autodesk Architectural Desktop, Revit and 3D Studio, Adobe Photoshop and others.

We design multi-discipline objects and complexes of objects with the following functions: residential, hotel, office, commercial, public utility, and industrial.

We also develop urban planning projects and study works. The company's achievements also include coordination of multi-purpose investment projects in cooperation with other architects. We offer presentations of our projects in the form of three-dimensional visualizations and computer animations.

In addition to design experience, we also have extensive practice in the field of investment preparation. We provide advice at the stage of searching for a suitable site for investment and creating an investment program. We prepare land absorption studies, as well as professional real estate sales offers. We represent the investor before administrative authorities, obtaining on his behalf all documents (decisions, opinions, arrangements, etc.) for the implementation of the investment, including in particular: Decisions on Development Conditions, Decisions on Environmental Conditions of Investment Execution, Decisions on Determining the Location of Public Purpose Investment, Decisions on Permission to Execute a Road Investment and Decisions on Construction Permit.

On behalf of the investor, we prepare applications for Local Spatial Development Plans, as well as represent the investor in the procedure for their preparation.

During the implementation of the investment we conduct author's supervision and technical consulting, we also provide, if necessary, assistance and advice in the procedure of commissioning the object for use.
