Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality interior design.
• Proficiency in 2D rendering tools, including Photoshop.
Additional Information: Salary is dependent upon experience.

Job Description: We are looking for an exceptionally experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer with 15-20 years in the luxury residential or hospitality sector, preferably having worked for British, American, or international companies, to join our dynamic team in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities:
• Concept Development: Lead the design process, conceptualising high-end residential and hospitality projects in line with our company's design ethos.
• 2D Rendering: Utilise Photoshop and other software (CAD and InDesign) to produce detailed 2D renderings and Mood Boards.
• Supervision and Mentorship: Oversee and mentor junior designers, enhancing their skills and contributing to their professional development.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, architects, and project managers to deliver innovative design solutions. Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Quality Control: Uphold rigorous design standards, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
• A portfolio that reflects expertise in luxury residential and hospitality design.
