ZEGGER has been pursuing innovative projects for many years, combining manufacturing techniques and technologies in the area of many scientific fields. The guiding thought has always been the precision of manufacture and the wide-ranging reliability of products.
The construction of the ZEGGER brand began in 2011, since 2018 we have been building a group of companies focused on the production of fences, garden furniture and landscaping elements and since 2020 we have also been developing our own production systems. Our products are dedicated to large wholesale customers, developers and individual customers.
Our design and workmanship quality are gaining a growing group of customers especially in Northern Poland, and we can see our products in a large number of construction wholesalers, developers' investments or partner outlets.
We are expanding in the processing of steel and aluminum materials, and since 2023 we have started researching the use of polymer composites. We will present the first models of fences made of modern renewable materials in the spring of 2025, they will be among the first of their kind on the European market.
A new version of small architecture?
Afence is not just a barrier surrounding an area, it is a form of small architecture that interacts with the space and with people. In addition to its functionality and providing security, it must have proper aesthetics and fulfill all its functions from reliability to surface resistance to weathering. It should harmonize with its surroundings to ultimately become a showpiece of any property and create new values for the public.
Fencing systems are not only for properties, but also elements for securing machine parks, robotic stations and other production areas. The development of our brand also carries out dynamic work in these areas and implements projects that are part of the security features for Production 4.0," explains CEO Wojciech Ignalewski, PhD.

We would like to introduce you to our new conceptual collections of property fences vertical and horizontal. They offer a consistent design that draws on contemporary architecture and Bauhaus modernism.
Modernism is the result of engineering progress and industrial development in the 20th century. At the time, it was a breakthrough in industrial production. This normalization of industrial processes brought to light the Arts & Crafts movement, whose motto was simplicity and functionality. It is from this movement that we start, improving our quality of life. Zegger's designers start from the premise that art and construction can and should bring a lot of value while serving people. Following the idea of "less is more" - less is more.

The vertical fence was created with the idea of creating the illusion of "posts growing out of the ground." Thanks to its originality, and at the same time its simplicity and versatility, it will blend in well with the environment and give it a modern touch. The very arrangement of the posts exceptionally serves the fenced building, making it appear taller and slimmer.

The main idea of the horizontal collection, on the other hand, is the "play of light and shadow" that is created when the sun's rays meet the fence's palisades. Here again, we focus on versatility and convenience, as well as harmony between form and space. Depending on customer preference, we are able to make smaller or larger spaces between the palisades, which greatly expands the design possibilities.

Inspired by the flora and fauna of coastal areas and their cultural diversity, we have created a palette of seven colors that opens up many new design concepts for our fences and goes beyond the traditional color scheme.

Both collections were designed with a special focus on quality, reliability and functionality.
Is there a technical and technological analysis of the processes and production of the collections before they are manufactured?
Yes, all the products we offer are designed in accordance with engineering design theory, and we conduct tests for compliance with standards and an internal quality system. We strive to make them as weatherproof as possible so that they can serve our customers for as long as possible. We visually inspect the goods ordered from the supplier for any damage, and check the chemical composition and compliance with the approvals issued by the steel mills.
Industry 4.0
In the words of Mr. Wojciech Ignalewski, the vision for the development of our manufacturing techniques and technologies in the future should be closely linked to Industry 4.0, the ideas of which are consistent with the need for precise manufacturing and to provide customers with products of the highest quality, within the highest manufacturing tolerances and within a well-defined timeframe. We use innovative laser material joining technology, which, in addition to its strictly technical advantages, is more environmentally friendly than traditional welding techniques. In the process of surface preparation we do not use chemistry, also this process is dominated by the technology of laser "stripping" of corrosive layers or tarnishes formed from the oxidation of chemical compounds. As a result of it, less heat and gases negative for the environment are produced. We are implementing the digitization of documentation for all processes, making the circulation of information even more precise and efficient.
When purchasing materials, we follow the requirements of Polish and European standards. We carry out all the analyses needed for production. We always check materials for compliance on strength, composition, etc.
R&D department
The company also has an R&D department, where we develop concepts for new products and carry out technical research and analysis. Our current focus is on the use of polymeric materials in our products. The use of biodegradable plastics is a very big challenge for manufacturing, it should be remembered that raw materials of this type come from grains, wood, sugars or petrochemicals or mines and their connection with plastics is a huge research area.
Every modern manufacturing company should plan its development within the framework of a sustainable development policy.
Team
Our team is made up of many talented people from various scientific fields, without whose commitment the company would not have grown at such a high rate. We also offer classic models of standard fencing, which we have been developing for many years. We invite you to cooperate with us and hope that our fences will always be in symbiosis with the surrounding architecture," explains Ms. Kinga Krause, Customer Service Specialist.
