Sculptures of LIXA competition winners and laureates

Zofia Jackowska

A student at the Department of Media Art and Art History. She focuses her artistic activities around the medium of photography and printmaking, paying attention to the social aspect of media use. In 2020, she was among the winners of the 12th edition of the National Photo Contest PORTRET 2020, and she presented her works, among others, during the 9th edition of the I.J. Paderewski International Festival.

In her scholarly activity, she focuses on Polish art of the second half of the 20th century, that she pays special attention to Warsaw mosaics of the 1950s and 1960s.
