Katarzyna Matyja

Born in Gdansk in 1998. In 2022 she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Faculty of Architecture and Design, majoring in Interior Design.

She completed her master's degree, which she defended with honors, with Prof. Beata Szymanska in the Interior Architecture I Studio. To date, the diploma has been exhibited in two exhibitions: "Title 3.0" -
Exhibition of Design Diplomas, and "Art'em All 2" - a great review of student works of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk in the Plenum space in Gdansk.

In 2021, the art installation "Decay", of which she was a co-creator, was exhibited at the exhibition of works by students of Polish art academies "Kasandra", which took place as part of the 5th edition of the "Scene under Construction" Festival at the Meeting of Cultures Center in Lublin. The project was carried out in the Performance Architecture and Scenography Studio under Dr. Katarzyna Zawistowska. The work was also selected and published in the exhibition catalog.
