The building of the Olsztyn branch of the Association of Polish Architects is located at 14 Kołłątaja St. Situated in the southwest frontage of Kołłątaja St., the building was erected at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. The building, through the efforts of the Association of Polish Architects and the Provincial Conservator of Monuments, was rebuilt in 1980-1990. The Olsztyn branch of SARP, according to its president, Adriana Patalas, is a thriving team. "For many terms now, successive presidents have taken care of the extensive activation of the community, organizing many branch events and undertakings. Thanks to this, the branch can boast a growing number of new members every year. Those young in seniority, under the guidance of the more experienced ones, can develop their ideas and take an active part in various activities adequate to their interests."
