Alufire is a manufacturer of fireproof aluminum joinery systems. The company is a supplier and technical advisor in the field of fireproof joinery and glazed office walls with high acoustic requirements. The new aluminum and glass wall systems on offer from Alufire, the Neo systems, are characterized by minimalist profiles of only 35 mm in height and the best acoustic insulation on the market, reaching up to 56 dB. The Neo series of joinery is ideal for buildings with enhanced aesthetics and requiring maximum noise attenuation. All four Alufire Neo glass wall systems have been tested by the Building Research Institute (ITB) and have obtained European Technical Assessment (ETA) documents allowing CE marking or National Technical Assessment (KOT) documents allowing B marking.

A system of frameless, glazed, fire-rated walls made from a 35 mm high profile guarantees a visually light finish, and is consistent with the rest of the Alufire Neo family of products. Depending on the glass used, the height of each structure, can reach up to 3000 mm with unlimited wall width. Sound insulation: Rw 38-42* dB.

Alufire Neo Office

A small and lightweight mounting profile with a height of 35 mm, consistent with all products of the ALUFIRE Neo family. The single-glazed system is the basis of a whole series of products designed for the construction of partition walls in office spaces. It is distinguished by high parameters of noise dampening. The system is characterized by light and simple construction and versatility of application. Depending on the glass used, the height of each structure can reach up to 3400 mm, with unlimited width of the wall. Sound insulation: Rw 33-40* dB.

- Alufire Neo Office+ Line (without fire resistance)
A double-glazed system designed specifically for office spaces that require the most effective soundproofing. With an un- played width, the height of the structure can reach up to 3400 mm without the need for additional profiles. Thanks to the use of double glazing, the system is characterized by the highest acoustic insulation parameters of all ALUFIRE Neo products, with Rw reaching up to 56 dB. The system is consistent with the products of the ALUFIRE Neo series, which allows combining walls with fire resistance and classless both single and double glazing. Sound insulation: Rw 41-51* dB and Rw 52-56 dB**.

MUNTINLESS FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS

Alufire Vision Line (EI15, EI30, EI60)

Poland's first gridless fireproof aluminum system. The maximum height of AVL is 3300 mm, and the wall length is unlimited. A unique feature of the system is the narrow width of the special fire-retardant silicone used to join the glass sheets, ranging from 4 mm to 6 mm. Thanks to this solution, the joining is almost unnoticeable. It is possible to make an angular connection and a "T" type - the connection of three panes of fire glass without the use of aluminum profiles. As a complement to AVL walls, Alufire system fire doors with roller hinges, the visible part of which is only 20 mm, can be used. Wooden and all-glass doors without fire resistance are also available. Alufire Vision Line glass fire walls offer unlimited possibilities for visually enlarging the interior while maintaining fire safety. The system of meshless fire walls has the National Technical Assessment ITB-KOT-2019/0714 and the English BRE/LPCB certificate No. 1406a.

Alufire Neo FR+

An alternative to Vision Line is the Shadow Line system that gives the possibility of installing seamless fireproof partitions up to 3900 mm high.
This is complemented by the seamless, fire-rated Office Line system, which is compatible with the aforementioned systems.

Alufire Classic Line (EI15, EI30, EI60, EI90, EI120)

The maximum height of all stile fire walls is 4200 mm. The height of double-leaf fire doors is 2750 mm and the height of single-leaf doors can reach 3000 mm. Alufire aluminum fire doors manufactured by Alufire meet the 4th class of strength requirements (i.e. in heavy and very heavy working conditions) and C5 class (the highest mechanical durability of fire doors on the market). The range includes smoke-proof doors, doors with ventilation grilles, aeration doors, etc.
