Dorken, in creating the most innovative generation of its products, took advantage of the latest research, developing a material resistant to a hitherto unidentified factor - air movement under the roofing. The result is a generation of membranes with a 30-year, or the longest on the market, guarantee of functionality.

The new generation of Dorken Delta membranes features unprecedented durability. It protects against moisture, temperature, sunlight, wind gusts, protecting the roof from even extreme conditions both during the work and during the service life. The products successfully undergo 64 weeks of testing in a special hurricane oven, where they are exposed to the highest loads. The new generation includes products such as Delta-XX Plus® Universal, Delta-XX Plus® Strong, Delta-XX Plus® Heavy, Delta-XX Plus® Light and the improved Delta®-MAXX Plus and Delta®-FOXX Plus. All feature the highest quality confirmed by ETA certification.

Well-chosen membranes can also significantly increase the energy efficiency of the entire building. It is the roof that traps the heat going up in winter and limits the sun's influence on the building in summer. Up to 20 to 40 percent of heat can escape through an uninsulated or poorly constructed roof. By contrast, a proper membrane reduces air exchange by as much as 30 percent.

Dorken Delta is also a leader in green roof solutions. Examples of projects using the company's materials include the Gdynia Film Center or SKY PARK in Bratislava, designed by Zaha Hadid's studio. Green is one of the most important trends in construction in recent years. At the same time, it has a very positive impact on the environment. A green roof means air filtration, water retention, lowering the surface temperature, thus combating smog, the effects of heavy rain or heat, and greater energy efficiency.
