Tiles by RÖBEN POLSKA Sp. z o.o. i Wspólnicy Sp.k. are made from the highest quality clay and properly selected minerals. Energy-efficient, economical and durable
Ceramic tiles are successfully used in energy-efficient construction. This is supported by, among other things, their high thermal insulation properties. Thanks to the fact that they take a long time to heat up, they protect the building from overheating in the summer. In winter, on the other hand, thanks to their low thermal conductivity coefficient, against excessive heat escape from heated rooms. It should also be mentioned their high acoustic insulation, which will certainly be appreciated by those who have a usable attic in their homes. Thanks to the fact that they are fired at a very high temperature, they are characterized by high frost resistance, low water absorption, and become extremely resistant to harsh weather conditions. In addition, they are non-flammable and resistant to UV radiation.
In order to further protect their surface, they are subjected to the process of engobing or glazing. Appropriate minerals, metal oxides or glaze particles are then added to the clay. No algae, moss or fungi will develop on such a roof. They owe their high quality to modern production and rigorous and multi-stage quality control. Aesthetics and reliability
The variety of forms and wide range of colors of clay roof tiles make it possible to realize the boldest ideas of designers. One of the answers to the demands of modern architecture is the BERGAMO flat tile. Available in a fashionable anthracite matte color, it goes well with minimalist building designs. Another tile, more classic in its form, but nevertheless not devoid of a touch of modernity, is MONZAplus. This is a proposal in a large format with a clearly outlined wave. It provides quick and easy installation, which translates into faster roofing work. It is available in as many as 7 colors and 3 types of finishing - natural, engobed and glazed. The PIEMONT tile, in turn, is distinguished by a large sliding and extending tolerance of as much as 38 mm, due to which it is ideal without the need to replace the existing rafter framing.
A new addition to Röben's offer is the VERONA clay tile dedicated to renovation, such as historic buildings, sacred buildings, etc. It is the so-called S-shaped tile with a deepened curve, which is distinguished by its larger format and lighter weight. Its shape guarantees a distinct and characteristic effect on the roof. It is ideal for classical architecture, but it will also work well in projects such as a modern barn.
