Against this reality, CLIMATOP® PRIME STADIP® SILENCE provides effective noise protection, enhancing interior acoustic comfort and responding to the needs of users who value peace and security.

CLIMATOP® PRIME STADIP® SILENCE glazing contains a special acoustic film, PVB Silence, which is sandwiched between layers of laminated glass and effectively blocks outside sounds. Thanks to this sound-absorbing composite, noise is reduced from 32 dB to as much as 53 dB (depending on the design of the glass), providing that all-important sound insulation. Such properties make it possible to create a space that becomes a favorable place to relax, work and study - even in noisy urban environments. As a result, CLIMATOP® PRIME STADIP® SILENCE fits perfectly into the requirements of modern projects for which silence is a priority.

Solar protection

One of the best features of CLIMATOP® PRIME insulating glass units with COOL-LITE® solar control glass is the effective reduction of interior heating. Thanks to the use of a special silver oxide coating, this type of glass effectively blocks a significant portion of thermal radiation, while allowing an optimal amount of natural light to pass through. For example, in the COLL-LITE® SKN 176 package, the solar energy transmittance coefficient g is 0.34, which means that only 34% of the sun's heat goes inside, allowing to maintain the right temperature even on hot days. As a result, the need for intensive use of air conditioning is reduced, and this leads to lower building maintenance costs.

CLIMATOP® PRIME COOL-LITE® also reduces heat loss on colder days, which reduces heating costs. The Ug thermal transmittance of 0.5 W/m²K guarantees high energy efficiency. The glazing is distinguished by its neutral appearance, which fits well with contemporary architectural designs and also works well in modernized buildings. High daylight transmittance (LT above 60%) makes rooms well lit, further reducing the need for artificial lighting and facilitating energy savings.

STADIP® PROTECT glass makes it possible to achieve a high level of security without adversely affecting the aesthetics and functionality of the premises. It consists of two or more sheets of glass, joined by layers of PVB film. Different levels of safety (e.g. 1B1 or 2B2) and protection (e.g. P2A - P5A) can be achieved in this case by adjusting the number and/or thickness of each component used accordingly.
