ISOVER's new EasyTherm composite panels offer minimal construction thickness, excellent thermal comfort, high resistance to damage, and quick and easy installation. Designed for new multi-family housing, public buildings and renovations of existing buildings, the solution is a major convenience for architects right from the design stage.
More space, more heat
EasyTherm panels will find application as thermal and acoustic insulation of the interior walls of the building on the side of the room with lower temperature (according to EN 13950:2014), including, among others.Among others, in stairwells and corridors, as well as in facilities where building elements are required to be non-fire-spreading (reaction to fire: B-s1,d0). Compared to traditional solutions - such as reinforced concrete walls - the thickness of the development can be reduced by up to 24%, saving as much as 6 cm on the thickness of the wall. EasyTherm panels are therefore perfect for problem areas, such as narrow stairwells, where every centimeter of usable space counts.

EasyTherm panels are designed to provide a technically compliant heat transfer coefficient for walls(TR = 0.69 (m²K)/W) while keeping them as thin as possible. The composite panel consists of 20 mm thick ISOVER glass wool with excellent thermal performance and 12.5 mm thick RIGIPS type DFIREH1 gypsum board, which is characterized by increased resistance to damage and impact.
Easy design, fast installation
The 1200×2600×32.5 mm boards, thanks to their low weight (14.5 kg/m²), are suitable for quick installation using only glue, and the PRO edge guarantees a durable and aesthetic joint and a perfectly smooth surface. EasyTherm is the result of the combined efforts of ISOVER, RIGIPS and WEBER specialists from the Saint-Gobain Group. By using the boards together with appropriately selected and proven compatible products, such as RIGIPS gypsum adhesive or weberbase UNI W cement adhesive, corner tape, and VARIO construction and Premium Light finishing compound, architects and the investor are assured of a well-built and properly thermally and acoustically insulated fire-resistant partition.
