From the series "Facade and wall materials—trends 2023"
IGP Powder Coatings is the first company to launch a series of highly reactive powder coatings with IGP-DURA®one 56 quality certification, which enable lower temperatures or shorter burn-in times. The high burnout resistance of facade powder coatings also ensures process reliability. The use of IGP-DURA®one 56 pain ts simplifies production planning, especially for coating companies that have several paint suppliers. The aforementioned advantages result in the optimization of the painting process and energy savings in an economical and sustainable manner.
In today's world, the paint industry faces extremely complex challenges. Geopolitical uncertainty, climate change and unpredictable events in the energy sector are leading to incalculable production costs. For this reason, it is important that there are ways to economically and sustainably optimize coating processes. IGP Powder Coatings has found a way to do this by launching its unique highly reactive powder coating system IGP-DURA®one 56. This product series enables process optimization, making it economically attractive and sustainable at the same time. The profitability of the coating company can be increased, and there is also the possibility of reducing the CO2 footprint.

Speeding up the process
Thanks to the highly reactive cross-linking of IGP-DURA®one 56, the process speed can be increased at any temperature setting. This makes it possible to optimize baking times. Coating more parts at the same time means increased coating efficiency. This saves human resources and contributes to an improved CO2 balance.

Reduced baking temperatures
IGP-DURA®one 56 is the most energy-efficient and highly reactive architectural-quality powder coatings series available on the market. It impresses not only with its baking range from low minimum curing temperatures (15', 160°C) to accelerating reaction parameters (3', 190°C), but also with its high application efficiency and excellent cure and gloss stability. A benefit that, in light of current changes in electricity and gas prices, contributes significantly to lower production costs and produces a lasting effect.
Improved reliability
IGP-DURA®one 56 is characterized by excellent burnout resistance. Even when materials of different thicknesses pass through the furnace, a stable color shade without yellowing or differences in gloss is guaranteed. The safety of the coating process has been optimized and the complexity of production has been reduced. Thanks to these features, production planning is also simplified. For coating companies with several powder coating suppliers, this is an economic advantage.
One system for everything
The IGP-DURA®one 56 range offers a wide range of standard RAL shades in smooth and fine texture, with surface finishes in matte and satin sheen. Powder coating properties are certified according to Qualicoat (Class 1) and GSB (Florida 1). A large selection of stock products is available, allowing IGP to guarantee short delivery times.
And today IGP-DURA®one 56 already guarantees a reduction in energy consumption and CO2 emissions with immediate effect, an increase in production potential, high reliability thanks to its properties and countless application possibilities. That's why we propose: Keep cool Take one!- One paint system for everything.
IGP-DURA®one 56, as an economical and sustainable powder coating system, will replace the IGP-DURA®face 58 product series in the future.
