Creative solutions for the facade
The façade is the showcase of the entire building, so for its construction it is worth using materials that will fit in with the style and character of the whole building. Facade designs have long been moving away from standard solutions, replacing them with creative ones. Sto is trying to meet this challenge, creating a range of facade proposals - from concrete and wood effects to brick tiles. Materials produced not only with the utmost care, but also created in the spirit of sustainability.
StoBrick facade cladding
StoBrick are clinker tiles, available in several color collections, different formats and textures. Manufactured from clay, the hand-formed tiles look deceptively like real brick on a facade.
Browar Kleparz in Cracow
An excellent example of the use of StoBrick cladding is the Kleparz Brewery in Cracow. Tiles from the StoBrick Sandig 480 collection with a rough texture and matte finish were used there.

Wave House apartment hotel in Władysławowo
The facade of the Wave House Hotel in Wladyslawow was finished with StoBrick Glänzend 335 tiles in sand color, which are characterized by a fine texture and irregular edges, as well as local sintering that occurred during the firing process.

AOK Bundesverband in Berlin
StoBrick Glänzend 390 tiles are the collection used on the facade of a healthcare building in Berlin. The tiles, like those in the seaside Wave House building, feature sinters on their face, the result of the firing process. Their appearance is reminiscent of hand-formed bricks, with wavy and slightly rounded edges.

Residential building in Lauterach (Austria)
Sto's range of facade claddings also includes non-standard solutions. The facade of one of the residential buildings in Lauterach, Austria, also uses StoBrick tiles, but their pattern is unusual, having been custom-made.
