POLFLAM, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of fire glass, is not slowing down. The new production plant is in full swing, the sales network is growing, and the world's first fire glass with a reduced carbon footprint has just been launched on the market.
More, faster, more accurate - at the new factory
The launch of a new, well-equipped production, storage and office facility in Tarczyn has allowed POLFLAM to multiply its production potential. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art production lines based on equipment from companies: Forel, Mappi, Bottero and MC DIAM, and comprehensive process management was ensured by FeneTech's ERP system.

Tested product = desirable product
The development of exports is a necessity to obtain certificates valid in individual countries. Every year, several hundred (!) tests of POLFLAM fire glass in frameless solutions, in various types of frames and system applications of joinery manufacturers are carried out in more than a dozen European research centers. Of course, research (especially at the stage of preparing new products) is also carried out by the manufacturer itself - in the company's laboratory.
POLFLAM GAIA - for the sake of the climate
POLFLAM in recent years has promoted its frameless systems, large-size fire glass, encouraged the use of fire-resistant glass ceilings, and specially for the Western European and Scandinavian markets has developed a portfolio of fire-resistant glazing in wooden frames.

Today the company proudly presents POLFLAM GAIA - the world's first fire glass with a reduced carbon footprint. Combining Polflam's hydrogel technology with the benefits of Pilkington Mirai™ glass has resulted in a glass whose production carries a CO₂ reduction of up to 65% compared to the production of standard fire glass.
At the same time, POLFLAM GAIA glass retains the favorable features known from other POLFLAM products: low weight, high light transmission and good sound reduction.
