Ruukki's steel façade systems offer unlimited design possibilities to meet all the needs of modern architecture.

Ruukki® Primo façade panels

The Ruukki® Primo cladding system consists of exceptionally large panels, the dimensions of which enable the creation of exclusive façade designs with smooth and perfectly flat surfaces. An innovative solution is the double-bent edges of the panels in joints with adjustable width. In addition to large-size panels, the aluminum composite is also available as flat sheets - Ruukki® Primo Plana, offering a cost-effective way to create large-format surfaces. Ruukki® Primo panels can be replaced individually. The products have an ITB opinion that the cladding will not fall off the facade for 120 minutes in case of fire.

Ruukki® Liberta façade panels

Ruukki® Liberta façade panels are curved on all edges, thus offering maximum rigidity of solid metal panels with hidden, recessed or visible fasteners. The system is easy and quick to install. Together with specially designed accessories that guarantee the maintenance of accurate and individual dimensions, it creates a finished facade. The coffers are available in a wide range of materials, colors and finish options, including Cor-Ten® steel cladding. The coffers can be supplied with perforations and backlighting.

Ruukki Forma® wall system

Ruukki Forma® is a complete façade system combining Ruukki façade products with the Ruukki® Energy energy-saving panel system. Ruukki Forma® offers a wide selection of aesthetic shapes, materials and colors. The high tightness of the base structure in the form of the Ruukki® Energy panel system saves up to 30% of a building's energy costs and improves its energy performance. Quick installation of the base structure in the form of the Energy panel system provides instant weather protection for the building, while the cladding material can be installed at a later date.

Lamella facade panels

Lamella facade panels are narrower profiles bent at the two longer edges that divide facade surfaces in one direction - vertically, horizontally or at an angle. A variety of shapes, together with hidden fasteners, make it possible to emphasize the division of surfaces to the right degree. Various materials, colors and finish options can be selected for the panels. Facade panels are also available with Cor-Ten® steel cladding. All products are available with perforations and backlighting.

Ruukki® Design façade profiles

Ruukki® Design profiles create a continuous, embossed facade surface. With various profile and material options, the scale and intensity of the facade surface can be tailored to meet specific architectural needs. The Design profile system is easy to install and quickly creates a finished facade along with flashings and accessories. All Design profiles can be supplied with Cor-Ten® steel exterior cladding.

Ruukki® Patina sandwich panels

The innovative Ruukki® Patina sandwich panel combines energy-saving properties with a patinated surface. The panel's exterior cladding is made of Cor-Ten® steel. Ruukki® Patina' s unique locking design prevents crevice corrosion at panel joints and has been filed for a patent. Ruukki® Patina panels are very durable and maintenance-free - in case of scratches, the product surface itself returns to its original appearance over time. Ruukki® Patina panels provide high fire resistance and energy efficiency thanks to a mineral wool core, while achieving an interesting visual effect provided by the distinctive Cor-Ten® steel.

Ruukki sandwich panels provide durable, airtight, fire-safe and energy-efficient cl adding for all types of buildings. The wide range of panels with mineral wool or PIR foam core includes specialized solutions developed for specific needs, such as sandwich panels for cold storage facilities and FM Global-certified panels. When increased load-bearing capacity and longer spans are required, Ruukki® Strong panels are available. Ruukki's sandwich panels contribute to the energy efficiency of buildings by reducing heating and ventilation costs, ultimately reducing_CO2 emissions. Cor-Ten® steel

Cor-Ten® is a weathering steel characterized by a natural, raw patina that ages in a unique way over the years. Its proper application guarantees an impressive and lasting effect, with no maintenance required. The steel is 100% recyclable. Initially, the patina layer is reddish-brown, and over time it takes on a darker hue. The rate of change and the final color of the steel depend on weather conditions and air quality. The unique color and texture of steel blends well with most materials, such as glass, concrete and brick.
