Precast element floors
HC prestressed hollow core slabs
Consolis Poland is the largest manufacturer of HC prestressed hollow core slabs. They are one of the most popular solutions for floor diaphragms, thanks to the element's selectable height and load capacity, smooth underside and efficiency of installation. They are produced on long tracks and then cut to the appropriate length using a circular saw. By default, they are cut at right angles, but it is also possible to cut slabs on a slant or lengthwise (to reduce the width of the element). In such a ceiling it is possible to make holes and cutouts for routing installation passages and ventilation ducts. Their installation does not require temporary supports. Height [mm]: 200, 220, 265, 320, 400 and 500. width [mm]: 1200. maximum span [m]: 22 (for HC500 panels). Fire resistance: R60-R120.

TT prestressed concrete floor slabs
The characteristic features of TT prestressed concrete floor sl abs are ribbed cross-section and smooth bottom surface. These prefabricated elements are mostly used for higher floor loads or for long-span roofs. TT floor slabs are produced in a standard width of 2400 mm. The ends of the slabs can be undercut to reduce the overall structural height. TT slabs give great flexibility in the location and dimensions of openings in the ceiling. Height [mm]: from 400 to 800. width [mm]: from 1500 to 2400. thickness of ribs [mm]: 120 and 200. maximum span [m]: 24. fire resistance: R60-R120.

Supports - columns, beams
Precast columns and beams are produced in various sizes, shapes and lengths. The surface of the concrete is smooth and the edges are chamfered. Prefabricated elements are equipped with all the necessary accessories for making connections such as steel brands, bars, etc., as well as the holes provided in the design. These elements are made of reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete and, depending on the type, have different spans, cross-sections and lengths. Pre-stressed prefabricated elements are made of C40/50 or C50/60 grade concrete. columns: max. length [m]: 24; min. cross-section [mm]: 300×300; beams: max. length [m]: 40.

Walls and foundations made of reinforced concrete elements
Prefabricated reinforced concrete walls are produced in a wide range of sizes and applications, as structural single-layer load-bearing and self-supporting walls, layered walls, facade walls with various surface finishes, foundation walls and others. Structural walls can act as structural stiffeners in multi-story buildings, as well as transfer loads from ceilings, and can also be used, as fire separation walls.
