Thanks to a wide range of condensing wall-hung boilers - Condexa Pro (35 kW - 1120 kW), and accessories for these products, the Riello brand's offer has become even more competitive and better meets the needs of designers, contractors and, above all, investors involved in the construction or modernization of residential buildings, office buildings, public buildings, industrial halls, agricultural facilities, among others. The offers are easily "tailor-made" to meet any needs or restrictive requirements of a particular installation.
Condexa Pro is an innovative product created by Riello - more than 100-year-old leader in the production of heating and cooling systems and technologies sold around the world, while in Poland it is known mainly for its burners and high-power boilers working in the industrial and professional services sector. The unit is extremely versatile, offering a range of solutions: from a single central heating boiler to cascades of up to ten boilers. The Condexa Pro wall-mounted modular gas boiler is an ideal product for residential, commercial, new and retrofit buildings.

Modern, economical, less fuel consumption
The advantage of condensing boilers over conventional ones is that they have a closed combustion chamber and draw in air from outside the building. They are slightly more expensive than conventional ones, but they are more effective and efficient. The maximum efficiency of condensing units reaches 109% (conventional 90%), because this type of equipment recovers heat from the flue gas, hence the excess of more than 100%. Thus, the higher the efficiency of the boiler, the lower the fuel consumption and lower the cost of heating. The investment in such a boiler will pay for itself much faster and begin to pay off in the following years of its use.
Condexa Pro boilers can be installed inside a boiler room individually or in a cascade up to 1120 kW. The range of units consists of 8 models ranging from 35 kW to 131 kW and a number of accessories.
In boilers up to 70 kW, a pump is included as standard equipment, while boilers with higher outputs can be supplied with a pump or, in the case of a cascade installation, a two-way shut-off valve. Device and system control allows heat production to be divided among several modules. It is also possible to control several types of installation. The hydraulic manifolds in the modular versions are placed under the boilers, reducing the amount of space taken up. Compactness, versatility and electronic control go hand in hand with the patented stainless steel heat exchanger with single or double coil, as well as the premix burner and extensive modulation capabilities.

Flexibility of application - more than 1,000 possibilities
Another advantage of the Condexa Pro is its tremendous installation versatility. It is possible to build 1,000 different configurations to meet the requirements of even the most complex installations.
It is ideal for the central heating systems of large residential properties and commercial buildings, such as hotels, sports centers, schools, office buildings, factories, etc. The flexibility of the Condexa Pro boiler's solutions sets it apart from other high-power boilers on the market, allowing it to be used in production halls as well.
Thanks to a wide range of accessories, the device transforms from a single boiler into a cascade module with air intake from the room or from outside.
Condexa Pro boilers can operate in a cascade (max. 10 modules, except for Condexa Pro 135, which can be configured into a cascade with max. 8 modules). The Condexa Pro series allows the implementation of 140 types of cascade configurations, which, when added to individual applications of different models, reach 148 possible configurations. This number increases significantly if plate heat exchangers and hydraulic couplings are added as accessory kits for these configurations.

Why choose Condexa Pro cascade systems?
- maximum efficiency in all conditions
During the transitional period - spring and autumn - when demand is lower due to favorable climatic conditions or in buildings with highly variable needs depending on occupancy (hotels and restaurants), the cascade control will run only the boilers needed, providing the power necessary to meet actual heating needs.
- continuity of operation
Condexa Pro cascade systems are much more reliable than monoblock boilers - if one unit stops working, the rest of the system continues to operate and the plant can provide heat.
- best choice for retrofits
Each cascade unit can be easily transported and is small in size and weight, so it is the ideal solution for central heating system upgrades with difficult access to the boiler room and plant.
- quick return on investment
The cost of replacement pays for itself after a few years thanks to savings on gas consumption.
- care for the environment
Condexa Pro boilers achieve the highest NOx emission class (class 6 according to UNI EN 15502), thanks to the premix type burner with microflame. The cascade system manages the ignition of the burners, activating only those necessary to realize the current heat demand, thus reducingCO2 emissions.
easy maintenance and warranty inspections
This is made possible by direct access from the front of the boiler to all internal components.
- maximum space optimization
The compact dimensions of a single boiler (1000×600×435 mm) and the innovative frame, which can accommodate more than 1 MW in 2.6 m², allow installation even in small spaces.
- installation flexibility
Can be wall-mounted on its own or on a rack available as an accessory, and can be cascaded for use in linear or back-to-back configurations, depending on requirements and available space.
- ease of installation
- maximum modulation range and speed of management logic.
Condexa Pro boilers are equipped with an electronic board that can manage complex systems with precise calculation programs and data processing speed. Thanks to the built-in electronics and additional sets of hydraulic and combustion system accessories, it is possible to manage up to 10 modules in a cascade, achieving a very high modulation factor. An excellent example of the use of a cascade of boilers is IGOR SZAMIŁOW Agricultural and Livestock Farm near Kostrzyn Wlkp, where Riello equipment has been in operation for three years. In 2018, 4 two-stage progressive RS 64 gas burners were installed in a collective boiler room supplying heat to 5 poultry houses, and two years later 4 cascades of three Condexa Pro 135 boilers providing heat and hot water in 4 more poultry houses. The whole system works smoothly and guarantees uninterrupted operation, which is especially important in livestock buildings. The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty on its products.
