The award was given for the consistent composition of the square of Kolobrzeg's Pioneers with the inclusion of a distinctive "building-plaza" in its structure. The weakness of the work is the focus on the shaping of this object, with loose reference to the program requirements - no clear indication of the location of a number of required elements. Hence, the expressiveness of the proposed solution does not, in the court's opinion, constitute a sufficient argument for implementation.
