Jury opinion

The award was given for the skillful introduction of a contemporary architectural form into the historical fabric of Poznan's Srodka district. This building is a fresh interpretation of classic modernist architecture. The author managed to design a building whose elevation structure, as in modernism, shows the internal functional and structural layout, but at the same time harmoniously harmonizes with the elevation drawing of the surrounding tenement houses.
