The architects of the project once again prove that persistence and consistency pays off. For they receive the award for a building that can be compared to a novel of the highest order - there is an idea, there is its passionate realization and there is a final suspense that remains long in the memory of those who were given the opportunity to experience this building in direct contact. From the concrete structure, to the ubiquitous wood, to the minimalist steel doorknob, everything is in place here. The building allows its surroundings to peek inside through its many windows and terraces, itself seemingly an indispensable part of its "furnishings."
