descriptionOnMay 30, 2023, a one-stage, implementation competition for the design of the development of the Old Town precinct in Raciborz was settled.
The purpose of the Competition was to obtain the best concept in terms of architecture, space and functional-utility for the investment "Development of the Old Town precinct in Raciborz".
Competition entries were evaluated from the perspective of functional-utilitarian solutions of the area and their connection with existing objects and neighboring spaces, attractiveness of the proposed solutions, technical, material and economic issues, but also the feasibility with the adopted solutions and the solution of the pro-ecological strategy in terms of adaptation of the city to climate change and sustainable development.
