On May 30, 2023, the results of the competition for the architectural concept of a multi-family residential building with reduced energy consumption were announced. The competition was organized by the Ministry of Development and Technology.

The goal of the competition was to obtain up to five best architectural and functional-utility concepts of a typical multi-family residential building with reduced energy intensity. The competition was open and had two stages.

The prize was awarded by the jury, consisting of:

• Boleslaw Stelmach - Chairman of the Competition Jury. Competition Judge of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP) Warsaw Branch,
• Piotr Jurkiewicz - Referee. Competition Judge of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP) Warsaw Branch,
• Jerzy Grochulski - Competition Judge of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP) Warsaw Branch,
• Grzegorz Muszyński - Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Development and Technology for housing in programs co-financed by EU funds,
• Juliusz Tetzlaff - Director of the Department of Housing at the Ministry of Development and Technology, Judge from the side of the Organizer,
• Zuzanna Lulinska - Chief Specialist in the Department of Housing at the Ministry of Development and Technology, Judge from the side of the Organizer.
