Jury's opinion
The "Mediateka" project assumes the development of the western, undeveloped and neglected part of the Bagry lagoon. The awarded diploma project draws attention to the modern, very dynamic form of the block, as if "emerging" from the Bagry lagoon, and to the interesting land development consistent with the cubature object. The scale of the building, despite its considerable dimensions, is very well integrated into the site. The proposed function of the building skillfully complements the leisure and recreational character of the surrounding area. The building itself and its function meet the challenges of today's information society.
