The goal of the competition is to design a modern rural library that will become a cultural and educational center that meets the needs of local communities. Participants are tasked with developing innovative design solutions that address the needs of local rural communities and enrich their cultural and educational life. The organizers want the library to be not only a place to collect books, but also a space that promotes social interaction, learning and cooperation, perfectly integrated with the natural surroundings.

The competition task is to design a library that includes a variety of spaces for reading, learning and community meetings. The design should also include multi-purpose areas for workshops, community events and cultural activities. Modern technology should be introduced, allowing access to digital resources and improving community connectivity. The project should be accessible to all, including people with disabilities. Participants can choose any rural location that has realistic construction possibilities by submitting a site plan and justification for site selection.
