The environment in which children learn early in life has a key impact on their cognitive, emotional and social development. The "Kinderspace: Architecture for Children's Development" competition is an architectural challenge, responding to the needs of the youngest by designing innovative educational spaces that support their development.

purpose

The goal of the competition is to create designs for kindergartens that are not only safe and functional, but also stimulating, inclusive and promote the healthy development of children. Participants are encouraged to develop architectural solutions that support learning, creativity and social interaction, while using sustainable and innovative technologies.

terms and conditions

The competition is open to everyone, regardless of professional qualifications. Participants may submit their entries individually or in teams (maximum of 4 people). All entries and correspondence with the organizers must be in English. Registration fees apply, depending on the entry deadline.

prizes

  • 1st place: 5,000 euros
  • II place: 2,500 euros
  • Third place: 1,000 euros
  • Buildner Student Award: 1,000 euros
  • Sustainability Award: 500 euros
