Openwork suspended ceilings - decorative soffits; openwork partition walls shields - grid trusses.
From the series "Modern office buildings - trends 2020".
LASER presented an offer of openwork suspended ceilings that are trusses with different mesh sizes and shapes, made of the highest quality modern material, whose physical and chemical parameters exceed similar products made of steel and aluminum. LASER openwork ceilings are made of the highest quality ABS plastic (in the standard version) or ASA/PC plastic (in the incombustible version in the Bs1d0 class meeting the requirements of strict global and European Union standards with CE Certificate). These materials are resistant to impact, abrasion, dilute acids, concentrated bases, mineral oils, alcohols and water, as well as corrosion. The plastic is colored in the mass, which is one of its many advantages. These properties affect the durability and aesthetics of the product, which determines the high utility values proven in service.
Openwork plastic suspended ceilings - application:
- openwork suspended ceilings or, after filling with special elements, full ceilings
- decorative ceilings, light diffusing louvered ceilings
- openwork interior walls, soffits, partitions, screens
- masking trusses, covering in the vertical or horizontal plane
- ceiling grilles, ventilation grilles
- layered ceilings - decorative
- mesh ceilings.
Openwork ceilings - open
Ceilings made of the offered modules are lightweight, they do not require a special supporting structure, and the system of abutments makes it possible to connect them with each other to create a uniform horizontal or convex plane. The unique system of connecting modules makes it invisible, and allows easy installation and removal anywhere on the ceiling surface. Each module design, is marked with a code, which includes technical data. According to EN 12845:2004, open suspended ceilings can be used under LH and OH sprinkler sections, provided that the following conditions, among others, are met:
- the total open area of the suspended ceiling, including lamp fixtures, is at least 70% of the total area of the ceiling,
- the smallest dimension of holes in the ceiling is not less than 0.025 m=2.5 cm or not less than the thickness of the suspended ceiling.
The presented ufits meet the above conditions, and their open area is within 76÷94%.
Decorative ceilings
The modular system of connecting elements allows you to design colorful patterns in the ceiling plane. For products marked with code 129 and 142, openwork surface filling elements, marked with the letter Q, are also available, which increase the decorative possibilities, and are also used to attach the ends of led or fiber optic lighting.
Layered ceilings - special
An example of layered ceiling solutions is the realization of 800 to 1,700 sqm, decorative-masked ceiling in several churches in Poland, consisting of two layers: an isothermal and sound-absorbing layer and a decorative-covering layer. The self-supporting modular ceiling grid system, the negligible total weight of the system from 2 to 4 kg/m² and the high resistance to deformation - elasticity of the material, allows the realization of the deflection of the suspension on the rope grid, attached to the load-bearing side walls of the object, without the need to fix and load the ceiling.
Mesh ceilings
Mesh ceilings are realized from PPP142 grid with the smallest mesh suspended traditionally with the use of a ceiling grid structure, as well as mounted in aluminum channel frames.
Grilles, trusses
Products coded 129, 141, 142 come in modules 600×600 mm, are also available in non-flammable version and can be used in other ceiling systems as elements of ventilation-masking grilles.
Colors
LASER offers products in a wide range of colors. In addition to standard colors, transparent, clear and satin silver, gold, brass as well as wood imitation and fluorescent colors are also available.
Decorative lighting
As standard, it is possible to install various lighting fixtures in the ceiling plane. When mounting light sources above the ceiling, we get an interesting effect of its illumination. Firam LASER has extensive experience in the design and installation of decorative fiber-optic and LED lighting, used together with our ceilings.
LASER's 25-year presence on the Polish market, many interesting realizations created during this time and customer satisfaction confirm the high utility and aesthetic qualities of the offered products.
