Functional and aesthetic terrace canopies. From the series "Flooring, flooring, system doormats, terraces - trends 2022".
Recent years have shown how important is the environment in which we live and spend our leisure time. Homeowners and apartment owners have gone to great lengths to create cozy and comfortable resting places in their gardens, terraces and even balconies. There is no indication that this trend is about to reverse. What solutions to choose to meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers and allow them to spend time outdoors all year round? Terraceolas - functional and aesthetically pleasing terrace canopies - come to the rescue.
Terraceola integrated into the architecture
A diverse range of terrasoles allows us to choose a canopy that blends in with the architecture of the house or garden. We have many options to choose from - free-standing pavilions, wall-mounted developments, structures with a flat or pitched roof.
In order to extend the season and shield yourself from unfavorable weather conditions, it is worth considering stable canopies from Tarasola. Of particular note are two modernized models - Tarasola Technic Pro and Tarasola Cubic.

Tarasola Technic Pro
Tarasola TechnicPro is a modernized version of Tarasola Technic. The reduction of screw connections to a minimum and the introduction of an integrated roller shutter system inside the structure's frame that does not require a separate protruding cassette gave the structure a minimalist, cubic form with a visually attractive design.
The canopy consists of so-called lamellas, which rotate in the range of 0°-135° in a similar way to blinds. The convenient opening angle is set depending on how much sun you want to let into the terrace. Closed laths will create a tight, uniform surface to protect against excessive sun, rain and snow.

The model has also modified and patented the system for draining water from the laths, introducing advanced solutions to reduce splashing and droplets getting under the canopy. The system has been sealed, making the drained water invisible to the eye. The changes made have increased the comfort of the canopy, and the roof itself has become more resistant to changes in weather conditions, so that it is now an almost year-round structure.

Tarasola Cubic
This solid structure is characterized by a cubist body and a minimalist, modern design. It comes in two versions - freestanding and wall-mounted, so it is easier to integrate it into the space we have to arrange. The Cubic Terrace can be modularly expanded as needed, which is an interesting solution often used by the HoReCa industry. Each module has a separate cover.

The canopy present in Tarasola Cubic is not only comfort of use and aesthetically pleasing workmanship, but above all protection from adverse weather conditions - rainfall, snowfall or excessive sunshine. The new, upgraded Cubic features a two-layer roof with a flat, taut fabric that complements the consistent geometric form. The roofing material is resistant to rain, heat and UV rays. When needed, it rolls to one side, revealing the sky.

The full automation used in the model guarantees efficient and convenient control of elements such as blinds, radiant heaters, and lighting, which in this model are arranged linearly across the width of the roof.
In addition, as in the case of Tarasola Technic Pro, an advanced water drainage system has been patented, taking into account the special design of the roof.
Tarasola side development
Both Tarasola Technic Pro and Tarasola Cubic have the option of developing the side walls with shutters, glass or blinds.
Sliding shutters, otherwise known as shutters, are a functional and elegant component of a terraceola. They can function independently, being both a decorative and useful part of the development. The panels are made of lamellas, which, thanks to their adjustable angle, provide control over sunlight. The division into two sections makes it possible to illuminate exactly the part of the terrace we care about. As with glazing, shutters are characterized by modularity, allowing them to be grouped together and cover a larger area. The cascade system makes it possible to install the shutters in such a way that they slide in one direction or symmetrically in both directions, hiding behind each other and letting in more light. With this solution, the terrace space becomes more accessible without losing its intimacy. Rich colors give a wide range of arrangement possibilities. We can match the color to the design of the canopy, the style of the garden or the buildings nearby.

Glass en closure is not only functional, but also an aesthetic solution. It will protect us from rainfall and gusty winds. The terraces use tempered glass with a thickness of 8, 10 or 12 mm, which is a surface extremely resistant to mechanical damage.
Shading ZIP blind s reduce excessive sunlight and heat build-up on the terrace surface. The translucent material of which the blinds are made has a double function. From the inside, it protects against adverse weather conditions, dust and unwanted insects. From the outside, it provides a shield from the gaze of outsiders, providing us with an intimate, intimate space.
Shutters, glazing, as well as zip blinds can be used to shield us from the sun and provide privacy also when we do not have a structure offered by Tarasola. These solutions are increasingly used on balconies and terraces in modern apartment buildings.
Accessories to increase the comfort of use
We can equip Tarasola with a number of accessories.
The most popular amenity is lighting. Lighting can be spot-located in the roof, in both fabric and slatted versions, and in the form of white or RGB LED strips, integrated into wind beams or slats. Both options are controlled by remote control, which, in addition to the standard functions, gives us the ability to adjust the intensity of the light or change its color. The installations are concealed, and the light fixtures are integrated into the structural beams of the canopy.

Terrace constructions also allow the installation of an audio system. Speakers and a bluetooth control panel are placed discreetly in the profiles of the structure.
In case of cold days and evenings, it is worth equipping the terraces with Infra Red radiant heaters. Infrared heating provides warmth immediately after switching on; it does not heat the air itself, but only people and objects nearby.
Weather sensors are another element that will make it easier for us to use the terraces. In case of rain or strong wind, the rain sensor will close the canopy as soon as it senses the first drops.
Construction for years
All structures are made of extruded aluminum profiles, resistant to changing weather conditions. Aluminum does not rust, and therefore requires no special maintenance. The terraces are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions and provide a safe, comfortable space for their users. Laminate canopies are resistant to wind gusts of up to 160 km/h, and fabric canopies up to 120 km/h.
The multitude of possibilities offered by Tarasola means that even the most demanding users will create their dream terrace. Rich colors of structures, canopies, shutters or blinds make it possible to design a functional and aesthetically pleasing place that blends in with the style of the surrounding space.
