The Tikkurila system has been developed for commercial and public buildings, such as schools, kindergartens, libraries, cafes and offices. It will work perfectly wherever an aesthetically pleasing, smooth floor plays an important role in a room.
Tikkurila Cozy Floor will also work well in residential areas, especially in large kitchens and dining rooms, places where the aesthetic qualities of the floor and the possibility of easy cleaning play an important role. The system is also suitable for floors with underfloor heating.

The coatings can be tinted in a wide range of colors, giving almost unlimited possibilities in interior design. The system allows freedom in the choice of color and pattern in such a way that the floor forms a coherent whole with other elements of the interior design. The surface can be made in a uniform shade, but it is also possible to combine colors and patterns that will, for example, imitate the effect of marble or stone. In addition, the Tikkurla Cozy Floor system effectively dampens the sound of footsteps, thus improving acoustics in the room.

Sustainable and health-friendly flooring
The use of health and environmentally friendly flooring materials is one of the strongest trends in global design at the moment . Modern solutions made of artificial materials are just as good as, for example, a floor made of natural wood or wooden panels, because VOC emissions from components such as binders or varnishes are kept to a minimum in accordance with strict standards.
The Tikkurila Cozy Floor system has received the M1 building material emission class from the Finnish Building Information Foundation. The M1 class is awarded to materials whose emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) ensure adequate indoor air quality according to the EN 1504-2 standard for surface protection of concrete.
