QS INŻYNIERIA cost estimating office was established in 2017, meeting the expectations of both public and private sector clients. QS INŻYNIERIA specializes in the implementation of comprehensive multidiscipline cost estimates (investor's cost estimates with work estimates, bid estimates, replacement cost estimates, as-built cost estimates), as well as technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works in the field of broadly understood volume construction.

Investor cost estimates and bills of quantities are prepared in the licensed program BIMestiMate and metriCAD using BIM - 3D technology.

Investor's cost estimates are prepared by persons with construction authorizations to direct works without limitations in the construction and building industry, and in the sanitary and electrical industry, investor's cost estimates and bills of quantities are prepared by persons with installation authorizations to direct works and to design.
