DMDmodular is one of the leaders in the modular construction segment in Poland. A significant part of the production of the plant located near Krakow (in Skawina) is directed to export to European Union countries and the United States. The company was founded in 2016 and already boasts contracts in the global modular construction market. One of the company's significant shareholders is Forum IV Closed Investment Fund providing the company with financial stability and the ability to implement a strategy based on R&D activities. The company offers three basic models of cooperation: in-house products of modular buildings (as a turnkey standard), individual solutions based on the customer's guidelines, as well as the execution of projects in accordance with the received documentation.
