Mitech Chemia Budowlana is a Polish manufacturer of professional building materials, whose headquarters are located in Zywiec. Among other products, the company offers thin layer plasters, facade paints and adhesives included in ETICS systems based on mineral wool and polystyrene.
Additional products include construction mortars, adhesives for ceramics and products for decorative surface finishes both indoors and outdoors.

Microsphere is an ultra-light spherical material that is a natural byproduct of the energetic combustion of coal and lignite in pulverized furnaces. This original raw material, filled inside with gas, is increasingly popular in various industries due to its versatile properties and lack of negative environmental impact.
The very small grains of microspheres added to Mitech paints and plasters exhibit ball-bearing-like properties in these products, facilitating application and increasing efficiency. Low water absorption and, consequently, frost resistance has been achieved thanks to the negligible porosity of the raw material's walls, which translates directly into durability in changing weather conditions. The low thermal conductivity coefficient of microspheres improves the thermal insulation properties of paints and plasters.

In addition, the low absorbency of microsphere reduces the growth of algae and fungi on the facade. Microsphere fillers show increased mechanical strength, which directly translates into improved flexibility and durability of Mitech products. The proprietary solution also made it possible to reduce the destructive effect of sunlight on the facade, especially when using dark-colored paints and plasters.
