Sheet metal flashing, which has been used for years, is going into oblivion. The main reason is its low durability, lack of airtightness and the problem of achieving the right slope along the entire length of the balcony slab. The effect of using such a solution is rust foci, damp patches, salts and, consequently, the destruction of the entire balcony as a result of improper drainage to the outside.
Unfortunately, this building element is technically challenging, especially if it is made in a non-standard shape. So how to deal with this problem?

Aluminum profiles
The solution is aluminum eave profiles, which not only make the whole installation easier and faster, but also have a beneficial effect on the durability of the balcony/terrace made this way. Powder-coated aluminum provides 100% protection against corrosion, and the appropriate rigidity of each element makes it easy to achieve the right slope. Another important aspect is aesthetics, profiles are supplied in 3 basic colors: gray, brown and graphite, on request you can order a profile in any color in the RAL palette. The same applies to unusual angles and arches - it is possible to order the entire system for an unusual shape of balcony and terrace.
