ALUMINUM SYSTEMS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
Reynaers Aluminium is an international supplier of innovative and environmentally friendly aluminum systems for curtain walls, windows, doors, sliding and folding doors, as well as sunshades. WINDOW AND DOOR SYSTEMS
- MasterLine 8, an innovative system for the production of windows and doors, guaranteeing a consistent depth regardless of the Uf of the designed solution. The thermal insulation of windows can reach Uw = 0.75 W/m2K. The system has been supplemented with new door variants, including thresholdless, pivot and panel doors. An extension of the MasterLine platform is the MasterLine 10 system, designed for energy-efficient construction. In the best combination of profiles with glazing, Uw is only 0.63 W/m2K.
- SL 38. The system is characterized by high insulation, profile functionality and aesthetics (minimum height of 68 mm for the assembly of the frame and sash). It is recommended for the renovation of historic buildings and where solutions referring to the appearance of steel windows are expected.
- CI 45. modular system for the development of interior spaces. It gives the possibility to create walls up to 4 m high and use various types of doors, including sliding doors. A compartment in the profiles makes it possible to hide wiring.
CURTAIN WALLS
- CW 50. versatile system for curtain walls and roof slopes, providing varied, almost unlimited possibilities for connecting profiles. It comes in many aesthetic variants. New insulating materials make it possible to achieve a section with Uf = 0.56 W/m2K. Thanks to special glazing supports, glazing weighing up to 700 kg can be used.
- CW 65-EF. Economical elemental facade system, suitable for tall buildings. Thanks to prefabrication in the factory, installation on the construction site is fast and does not require scaffolding. The latest developments give architects even more freedom when designing the grid of the structure.
SLIDING SYSTEMS
- Hi-Finity. Ultra-thin profiles and the wall-mounted Hi-Finity frame make it possible to achieve elegant structures with very large glazing. A number of manual or automatic opening configurations are available in the system. The maximum weight of an automatically opening sash is 750 kg.
- CP 155/-LS and CP 130/-LS are insulated sliding and lift-and-slide systems (LS variant), enabling the creation of structures with a maximum sash weight of 400 and 300 kg, respectively. Also available with a zero threshold and pocket solution. The CP 155 system is also available in an automatic opening version.
