Guardian Glass has introduced Guardian Sun®, a new range of high-quality glass for users who expect even greater comfort in their homes all year round.
The Guardian Sun® product portfolio includes a variety of glass types that can be selected to suit all climate zones found in Europe. These products are characterized by different sunlight transmittance coefficients, in order to meet the specific requirements of homeowners.
New glass, better living comfort
Guardian Sun® isan ideal product for large glazed areas and windows with significant exposure to sunlight. It helps prevent rooms from overheating in the summer while retaining heat in the winter, thus increasing comfort and allowing homeowners to enjoy a natural and clear view and a broad perspective all days of the year. In terms of energy consumption, this glass can help reduce the need to air condition rooms in summer and heat them in winter.

Also soon to be launched is a locator of Guardian cooperating businesses called Window Dealer Locator, which will enable customers to find the nearest dealership offering Guardian glass windows."
Training and support for window professionals
What's more, a comprehensive service support package is provided for professionals. This includes technical support for acoustic calculations and in selecting glass parameters, glazing visualization tools, as well as promotional materials in the form of brochures and videos.

Window professionals can also take advantage of a digital e-learning platform called Guardian Glass Training Center. This tool offers a variety of interactive solutions and training resources on glass and its applications, videos, accredited modules, webinars and a system for booking in-person sessions. The tool is available around the clock, so you can use it at your most convenient time. Dedicated training modules for glazing professionals will be made available soon.
Guardian Sun® glass is available in annealed versions and in various sizes up to jumbo (6,000 mm x 3,210 mm). All products in the range can be used in double and triple glazed units. They offer a high level of visible light transmission, thermal insulation and protection against excessive solar penetration. What's more, Guardian Sun® products can be coated, further enhancing security and/or soundproofing.
Clarity™ Neutral - Even clearer, anti-reflective glass!
Guardian Clarity™ Neutral is a glass that was developed to meet the growing demand for neutral, high-transparency glass for architectural applications, as well as special applications such as advertising screens, storefronts and museum displays. This advanced anti-reflective coated glass provides the highest transparency of any Guardian Glass product, making the image viewed through it even more faithful and neutral.
Clarity™ Neutral - Even clearer anti-reflective glass

Clarity™ Neutral glass has a reflectance of 0.6%, providing visually less reflectivity than any other product in the Guardian portfolio. Compared to the existing Guardian Clarity anti-reflective glass (with a reflectance of 0.7%), Guardian Clarity Neutral™ has even greater transparency, thanks to the removal of the bluish reflection that appeared on the glass surface. This makes the reflected light appear more natural. Even in underexposed rooms or diffused light, Clarity Neutral™ glass reduces unwanted reflection and refraction, and is less affected by changes in light angle and frequency. The new glass is more neutral and more faithful to the colors it sees.
According to Liam Williamson, European Product Commercialization Manager at Guardian Glass: "Clarity Neutral™ is the most transparent glass in the Guardian Glass product family. For architectural monolithic applications such as facades, curtain walls and glazing, architects will be able to create crystal-clear, transparent glazing with greater freedom, making the building fit in better with the surrounding infrastructure. When it comes to special applications such as storefronts and museum displays, glass for picture frames and refrigerated counters, Clarity Neutral™ glass reduces reflection and the effect of glare to such an extent that it appears almost invisible, and the objects viewed through it are clearer and more natural."
Clarity Neutral™ is designed to be used successfully on ExtraClear® float glass or Guardian UltraClear® low-iron float glass. The product is available in sheets from 3 to 15 millimeters thick in a variety of sizes, including a jumbo size (6,000 mm x 3,210 mm). The glass is available in annealed or tempered versions, depending on expectations for enhanced security. The double-sided coated glass is protected by a single layer of protective film for easy processing.
