With more than 85 years of experience in the production of garage doors, Hörmann is the undisputed leader among their manufacturers in Europe. Its offer includes various types of doors.
The company focuses on the highest quality products, which is expressed in their safety, high thermal insulation and durability. It also pays great attention to aesthetics and gives customers a wide range of design possibilities, allowing them to choose a gate perfectly matching the architectural style of the building and the investor's preferences.

SECTIONAL GARAGE DOORS
Steel sectional doors are the most commonly chosen garage doors today. Made of 42- or 67-mm-thick segments, they are ideal for use wherever reducing heat loss is important. They can reach as much as 6 m in width and are available in an extremely wide selection of designs and colors.
Particularly noteworthy are the gates of the Duragrain series, which, thanks to innovative printing technology, allow different patterns to be applied directly to the gate panel. There are 30 unique surfaces on offer that deceptively resemble, for example, concrete, rusted steel, bamboo and other woods. The technology also gives you the opportunity to design a unique and exceptional gate yourself, as it can be made with an individual imprint chosen by the investor. Gates with Duragrain surface can also be perfectly matched with ThermoSafe Decoral aluminum entrance doors.

Another way to personalize a garage door is to make the infill of the sectional door in-house. Using the elements used on the facade for this, we will achieve the effect of perfect integration of the door with the building facade.
Among sectional gates there are also fully glazed g ates made of aluminum frames. Such gates look very modern and elegant, and provide good light to the garage. When they are used in garage halls, perforated sheet is used as an infill to ensure effective ventilation of parking spaces.

Another solution is side sectional doors, in which the segments slide to the side during opening and are placed along the side wall. These types of doors are designed for garages with a low lintel and those where there is not enough space under the ceiling. They are also an excellent solution when the gate is the only entrance to the garage. This is because they can act as a wicket door, which allows only a partial opening of the gate.
FAST, SAFE AND INTELLIGENT DRIVES
Hörmann offers modern operators for sectional garage doors, which open them at speeds of up to 25 cm/sec. They also have anti-lift protection as standard. The garage door automatically locks into the operator's rail when closing. This locking system is purely mechanical, so it also works in the event of a power outage. However, the level of security can be further increased and the sectional door can be equipped with a certified RC2 class burglar-proof kit.

Hörmann garage door operators use BiSecur two-way radio control with a secure encryption system. It features a stable range that is resistant to interference and ensures that the radio signal sent is as secure as possible against interception and copying by a possible thief.
Hörmann operators are also characterized by high operating comfort and intelligent functions. If an obstacle is encountered, the overload protection offered as standard safely and reliably stops the door. And thanks to a soft start and stop function, the gate opens and closes smoothly and quietly. The gate can be operated with elegant remote controls, or use a smartphone with the Hörmann BlueSecur app or the Hörmann homee smart home system.

INDUSTRIAL DOORS
Hörmann is also an established manufacturer of solutions for facility and industrial construction. The company's Series 60 sectional doors offer a combination of the best technical performance and state-of-the-art design. The steel sectional doors are designed for logistics and warehouse halls, among others. The many types of guidance offered allow these gates to be used in various installation situations. They are also quiet and fast. They are complemented by a drive and a control unit with a Bluetooth module, which enable digital service solutions and remote maintenance services. In combination with the WA 500 FU axial drive and 560 control, they can open at maximum speeds of up to 1 m/s.

In contrast, full-surface glazed aluminum doors are ideal for car dealerships, vehicle service stations and other representative facilities. In such cases, security is particularly important. To provide the best protection against possible burglary attempts, all industrial sectional doors of the 60 series are equipped as standard with an anti-lifting device on both sides of the door. As an option, Hörmann offers additional protection that meets the requirements of class RC2.

Hörmann also places great importance on thermal insulation. In this regard, the SPU 67 Thermo doors, made of 67 mm thick steel segments filled with PU foam, are the best. Installed with a ThermoFrame profile, they achieve a thermal insulation coefficient of up to 0.51 W/(m2∙K).
Hörmann also offers high-end equipment for loading and unloading technology (including ramps, docks and dock houses and seals), entry control systems , as well as rolling gates and grilles, high-speed doors and sliding fire doors. The company also provides round-the-clock service, 7 days a week.
