Insulation and construction films
Insulation andconstruction films are a group of products used for widely understood insulation used in construction. Marma Polskie Folie products from this group are used in objects from the foundations to the roof. They function as moisture insulation(IzolBud films), anti-condensation(Vapour Regulator) and active water vapor removal (highly vapor-permeable Roof Membranes and Roof Screens).
In the offer intended for the construction industry, mostly roofing materials are proposed. This is due to the production profile of Marma Polskie Folie. Among these products, flexible waterproofing materials, films and membranes dominate. The full range of the offer includes:

MPF Fort 2F roof screen - patented technology
In 2019 Marma Polskie Folie launched a unique product - MPFort 2F Screen (under patent application P.430466). It is a double highly vapor-permeable roofing membrane, manufactured according to Marma Polskie Folie's innovative proprietary manufacturing method. It is characterized by the fact that, in addition to very high strength and durability, it has additional new features obtained by combining two films.
In the center of every traditionally manufactured pre-covering membrane (MWK), there is a single film that traps water coming in from the outside and allows water vapor from inside the house to pass through. In the MPFort 2F Screen, there are as many as two such films connected by a special fleece with vertical fibers that create a micro-space divider. This space results in the attenuation of high-pitched sounds and therefore increases acoustic comfort inside the house.
Such a property is an absolute novelty, especially useful for users of houses where the roof is insulated with rigid foam insulation. These have a higher acoustic conductivity than traditionally used mineral wool thermal insulation, and therefore require additional soundproofing.
MPFort 2F screen is a very versatile membrane, as it can be used as a sealant in all battened roofs but also as a slip layer under flat sheet roofing joined with all kinds of seams.

Roof Screen WŁOCHATY - vapor-permeable membrane
The company's flagship product, Roof Screen WŁOCHATY is distinguished by its combination of high strength and very high vapor permeability. This combination is an exception in the membrane market, because in previous production technologies, with the increase in strength and surface weight, the vapor permeability of membranes decreased.
The three-layer screen has a high surface weight of 265g/m² and is made entirely of polypropylene (PP). The bottom layer is a non-woven needled fabric that is both an anti-condensation and leveling layer. ITALY screen has many applications, but the needled layer predisposes it especially for use under coverings laid on formwork and sheathing. It is recommended under all kinds of sheets joined by seams or laid overlapping (diamond tile systems). The product has a thickness in the free state of about 1.5 mm, and compressed thickness of about 0.9 mm. Such thickness allows to compensate for minor irregularities in the form of protruding nail heads and other small deviations of the sheathing.
