The history of RK Exclusive Doors dates back to 2010, when a passionate visionary, Robert Karasek, began producing exclusive aluminum entrance doors. At that time, the first panel door concepts were developed. The success of this venture and breaking out in the competitive market was based primarily on courage, superior quality and exceptional design.
Thanks to an excellent strategy, outstanding professionals, modern technology and precision workmanship, the company quickly gained recognition in Europe. However, the real breakthrough, which came 6 years ago, was the launch of pivot doors under the RK Pivot Doors brand - they have become synonymous with luxury and quality all over the world.

Mr. Robert, you produce doors that go beyond the mere idea of "doors." Their design, technology and incredible precision, place them at the top of the rankings. What makes them so special?
The strength and main driving force behind the creation is passion, which constantly sets the course - it consists in creating the best doors in the world. After years of experience, we have achieved the production of doors that are perfectly refined technologically and are also works of art. They are not just doors - they are a manifestation of refined beauty and unique aesthetics. Thanks to this, we stand out in the market, win the trust of customers and shape their desires. I have always strived to achieve something unique that no one else has yet created.
What exactly are pivot doors and what makes architecture love them so much?
Pivot doors are a departure from standard side hinges. The pivot axis is moved away from the edge of the leaf, which also changes the center of gravity. This allows us to create much larger and heavier structures, which in practice means sashes up to 4 meters high and weighing up to 500 kg. RK Pivot doors are a harmony between precision workmanship and artistic craftsmanship. They were created when the trend of large glazing, and thus, other building openings, began to take shape in architecture. Hinged doors do not give us so many possibilities, so we began to work on a solution that would make the customer's dream of a spectacular entrance area to the house come true. This is how the RK Pivot doors were created. Most importantly, they provide a guarantee of security, in addition to windproofing, thermal insulation and waterproofing, with paramters comparable to hinged doors.
It is fascinating that your company has achieved such spectacular success in the production of pivot doors in the last 6 years. You have a lot of experience in this subject. What challenges have you encountered along the way?
Yes, 6 years means several thousand models sold to the most beautiful residences around the world. The biggest challenge was the development of the perfect aluminum system, which we created for several years in cooperation with the best engineers before launching the product. As a result, we achieved what we wanted: our own design and technology, of which we are now very proud.

RK Pivot Doors is a custom-made door. How is this done?
We work with architects and designers from all over the world, implementing the concept of the art of creating entrances into the language of architecture. Until recently, the entrance door was just a dark rectangle on the design, an insignificant part of the whole. Nowadays, by giving architects top-notch technology in a phenomenal design, we are giving them tremendous opportunities to create. Increasingly, it is the facade that is being adapted to the front door as the most important point - the heart of the building. We are witnessing an important moment in the history of the industry.With the production of customized doors, we create the most extraordinary designs according to the visions of customers. Each of them is unique and is the realization of their dreams.
However, RK Pivot Doors is not only a field for cubic architects, but also for interior designers. How can we design the interior side and what limits us?
There are no limitations - this is beautiful. We break the stereotypes of common, single-color doors, the inner side of which, usually, is black or white. This opens up even more possibilities, as we can use materials that are only suitable for the interior of the building. The door can merge with the wall or form a relief and be the main decorative element of the room. We are limited only by our imagination.

The most desirable door finishing materials are those that reflect class, elegance and prestige. Natural stone, glass and liquid metal are popular choices. We help select the best materials and technical solutions, supporting the architect step by step through the order process to create another spectacular exterior door.

Mr. Robert, what can you surprise us with in 2024?
Next year we will present the most beautiful collection of pivot doors in the world. We will also present the Pivot 2.0 system, with performance superior to that of window systems. You will also get to know our latest contactless locking system. Our new atelier will be set up in Warsaw, while in Bielsko-Biała we are carrying out a major metamorphosis of the main showroom, which we will soon open to our guests, so we already invite you to visit us.
